The Chief Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the finances of the Federation are well managed, making sure that we have the resources to support our academies. The Chief Finance Officer has extensive experience of managing budgets strategically that has ensured that each of the academies in our care maintain strong surpluses to invest in capital projects.

As an experienced project manager, the Chief Finance Officer takes responsibility for scoping, arranging quotes, liaising with contractors and managing our capital projects to completion. Working with the managers of our central services, he is also responsible for ensuring that our academies have the resources and facilities to deliver a high quality education.
